1. Drawings could be CAD,PDF,Solid works version sent by customer.

2. Raw material
We use high-quality aluminum alloy material. Complete brand names, AL5052, AL6061T6, JAL6083, AL7075, etc., which can meet various customer needs.
If the customer requires it, we can also provide raw material certificates.

3.Programming
According to the customer’s drawings, the engineer will create three-dimensional graphics, edit the programs required by CNC, and import them into the device computer.

4.CNC Machining
The operator follows the edited program to accurately adjust the equipment status and process the entire piece of material into the required shape.

5.Milling 
After some parts are processed by CNC, they still need to be processed on a manual milling machine for local processing, such as drilling, tapping, etc.

6.Sand blast
In order to make the surface of the part have a matte feel and eliminate the knife marks during processing, the surface is sandblasted. According to the customer’s needs, 60 mesh-120 mesh glass bead sand is used to evenly spray the surface of the part.

7.Anodizing
In order to prevent surface oxidation of parts and increase surface hardness, we perform anodizing treatment on the surface of parts. It can be oxidized into many colors, such as black, blue, red, etc.

8.Quality Inspection
After all products are processed and before leaving the warehouse, in order to ensure that the appearance and size of the products meet the technical requirements of the customer’s drawings, quality inspection personnel will inspect each part. Pack the qualified ones.

9.Packing
For parts made of different materials, we use a variety of packaging methods, such as oil-sealed paper, cushioning materials, plastic wrap, cartons, and wooden boxes.
